Information on personal data

 

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
  • The controller of personal data is Toruńskie Zakłady Materiałów Opatrunkowych S.A., ul. Żółkiewskiego 20/26, 87-100 Toruń. With regard to personal data of the controller's contractors, personal data of persons employed by or seeking employment with the controller (under an employment contract or another type of contract), entities dependent on Toruńskie Zakłady Materiałów Opatrunkowych S.A. and belonging to the TZMO Group may also be controllers (joint controllers) of personal data.   • The controller processes personal data in particular:
    - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes – in particular for the purpose of maintaining contact with the data subject; providing or delivering (also by e-mail) commercial information, other information or product samples; organizing, conducting and documenting events, including contests, promotions and other marketing campaigns;
    - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – in particular for the purpose of fulfilling all rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded by the controller;
    - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject – in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the controller's rights and obligations arising from applicable legal provisions, especially in the areas of tax law, labour law and social security;
    - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller – in particular for the purpose of pursuing claims.
  • Recipients of personal data are persons employed by the controller (under an employment contract or another type of contract) and trusted entities cooperating with the controller – to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes; personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities and other entities authorized to do so by law, upon their request.
  • The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organizations.
  • Personal data is stored:
    - in the case of data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – until consent is withdrawn;
    - in the case of data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - until the parties to the contract have fulfilled all obligations related to the performance of the contract, and then until the expiration or limitation period of any claims related to the contract has passed;
    - in the case of data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – until the legal obligation incumbent on the controller is fulfilled, in particular the obligation to retain documentation;
    - in the case of data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – until the processing purposes are achieved, in particular until the claim is satisfied, expires or becomes time-barred.
  • The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to his or her personal data and, in cases specified in the GDPR, also their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; he or she also has the right to data portability.
  • The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection provided for by law, if he or she believes that the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  • In the case of personal data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of such data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may occur, for example, by sending an e-mail statement of withdrawal of consent to the e-mail address: iod@tzmo.com.pl
  • In the case of personal data processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the provision of personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement and is voluntary; however, the consequence of not providing data may be the impossibility or hindrance of achieving the processing purposes, in particular the lack of contact with the controller; failure to provide or deliver commercial information, other information or product samples; inability to participate in events, including contests, promotions and other marketing campaigns. In other cases, the provision of personal data may be a statutory or contractual requirement, if so stipulated by a legal provision or a contract clause.
  • In connection with the processing of personal data by the controller, automated decision-making, including profiling, does not occur.

5.    The Service uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie files parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

6. The following types of cookies are used on the Website:

a) Google Analytics _utma, _utmb, _utmc, _utmz -  strona https://en.seni-global.com/ allows Google Analytics to download cookies when visiting the website. These files allow to track:
- the first and last pages visited by the User and the total number of visits to the website,
- how much time the User spends on each subpage of our website,
- how the User visits the website, e.g. via what device, search engine, operating system, screen resolution,
- how the user found the website, including information about the keyword entered into the search engine, the search engine or information about the page on which the user found a link to https://en.seni-global.com/ 

b) user session identification - session - A cookie used to identify the user's session expires when the user leaves the website. It is used to store information about:

- the currently used language of the website
- date and time of visit.

7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Service users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the Service User's device. 8. The Service Operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service pages.
